With its rich, multi-layered taste, Rohini Darjeeling truly is a unique Darjeeling. Once brewed, you will taste a delicate bitterness that complements the lingering effect of the astringency.
The tea is rich of aromatic almond and sweet vanilla notes, combined with floral fragrances; once steeped, the leaf infuses to a gleaming, golden-yellow liquor with a smooth and subtle mouthfeel. It has a light astringency and well balanced nuanced floral aroma.
Brewing Instructions: Use 1-1.5 Tsp of tea per 8oz. of water. Heat water to 205F/85C and steep for 3-4 minutes.
