Chinese Green Tea
Jasmine Pearls is made with young green tea, using the first two leaves and a bud. Processed in a traditional green tea fashion and hand rolled into small pearls during the shaping process, this tea is then heat infused with jasmine blossoms. The jasmine used to scent this tea veers slightly toward the tropical fruit side and pairs perfectly with medium bodied green tea when used as its base.
Brewing Suggestions: We recommend using spring or filtered water. Heat to 175F. Use 2.5g of tea for 12 oz of water. Steep 4-6 minutes.
