At Covered Bridge Coffee Roasters, we take pride in the freshness and quality of our products. Due to the nature of roasted coffee and loose-leaf tea, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once these items have left our facility.
All coffee and tea products are roasted or packed to order. As such, they are considered perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged once picked up, delivered, or shipped. If you believe there was an error with your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us for assistance.
We may request a photo or further details to help resolve the issue.
Discount codes and promotional offers are only valid during the announced promotional period. We cannot apply discount codes retroactively or offer refunds for purchases made prior to the start of a sale—whether in-store or online.
