Our decaf English Breakfast is made using the Canadian CO₂ process, a chemical-free method designed to preserve the tea’s natural flavor. Developed in partnership between Canadian scientists and global tea growers, this technique uses carbon dioxide to selectively remove caffeine after the tea leaves are soaked in water.
